Family Partnership

Home & School, Together

You know your child best, and the best outcomes happen when home and school work as one team. Here's how we keep you close to your child's day and part of every decision that matters.

Your Child's Day, Delivered

Working parents miss enough already, so we make sure the school day isn't a mystery. Daily reports follow your child from meals and naps to activities and moods, and the moments worth smiling about come along with them. By pickup, you're not asking “how was your day?” cold, you already have the outline, and your child's teacher can fill in the color.

We're Listening

Questions & Feedback are Welcome Here

Maybe it's a feeding question, a worry about biting, or just a feeling that something's off this week. Start with your child's teacher, they know your child best day to day, and your school's director is glad to talk whenever you want to go deeper. Concerns raised early are concerns solved early, and no question about your own child is ever too small.

What Partnership Looks Like

The Everyday Loop

Tell us how the night went; we’ll tell you how the day is going. Small exchanges at drop-off and pickup keep both sides of your child’s world in sync, and children feel the difference when the grown-ups are on the same page.

In It Together

Potty training, moving up a classroom, a new sibling at home, whatever your family is navigating, transitions go smoother when school and home use the same approach. Tell your child’s teacher what’s happening, and we’ll work through it together.

Celebrating Every Win

First steps at school, a breakthrough at the lunch table, a kind moment on the playground, when something wonderful happens, you’ll hear about it, and we love hearing your wins from home too. Children thrive when both their worlds are cheering.

An Open Door

Questions, feedback, or plain curiosity about your child’s day, bring them all. You’ll get real answers from the people who know your child best, and asking is always welcome here.

In Your Pocket

Your Window Into the Day

Our schools use the Procare Engage app to bring your child’s day to your phone. Daily reports and photos arrive as the day unfolds, meals, naps, activities, and diaper changes for the littlest ones, so a quick glance between meetings shows you a smiling face and tells you everything is okay. It’s also how the everyday logistics stay easy: updates from your school land in one place instead of a crumpled note in a backpack, and you have a direct line to your child’s school whenever you need it. Download it at enrollment, and by the end of the first week you’ll wonder how parents ever managed without it.

How to Choose a School

Choosing care is a big decision. Here's how families usually find their fit.

Identify What Matters Most

Start with your family's needs: location, hours, ages, and the feel you want when you walk in the door. Knowing your priorities makes every other step easier.

Learn about the School

Explore programs, meet the director, and ask your questions, from daily routines to how teachers communicate. Good schools love the questions; they mean you care.

Come See It for Yourself

Nothing beats a visit. Schedule a tour, watch the classrooms in action, and trust what you see and feel. That gut feeling at drop-off matters.

Why Our Families Trust Us

Kristen Mcintire
Millennium Academy
"As a parent, leaving your children in someone else’s care can be difficult, especially when they are so little. Our School has always given us peace of mind knowing that our children are safe, loved, cared for, and treated like family. The teachers and staff genuinely care about the children and their well-being, and it shows in the way they interact with them every day. We have watched our children grow, learn, become more independent, and build relationships with their teachers and friends. I am so thankful for the wonderful memories and experiences they have given both of my children. Choosing childcare is such an important decision, and I would recommend Millennium Academy to any parent looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cared for and loved. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing daycare for our family!”

5 Star Childcare Learning Center
"I am grateful I have found this amazing daycare for my child. After I toured a few others, this is the only one that caught my eye. Everyone else rushed through the tours, did not seem enthusiastic, some were not very organized, and some classes seemed too crowded which did not seem very safe. I also never heard back from them for follow ups on enrollment. After looking online for some other options, I came across 5 Star, hoping that it would not be like these others. I was glad I reached out. Ms. Nicole called me within minutes to schedule a tour on that very same day which was so convenient for me. Throughout the tour Ms. Nicole answered my questions and explained everything thoroughly in great detail. After my tour I immediately decided this is where my daughter will be going to pre-k. I’m so glad I did. Every day the first question I ask her is how was her day. Everyday is a good day for her and she tells me about all the fun stuff she gets to do. I want to thank the staff for constantly keeping me up to date with videos and pictures of their daily activities. Had I known about this daycare earlier, I would have enrolled my daughter years ago."
Tiffany Hill
Redding's Kids Academy
“I’m so grateful for Redding Kids Academy! As a parent, one of the most important things for me is knowing that my children are safe, loved, and well cared for while they’re away from me. I truly feel comfortable leaving them in their care, and that peace of mind means so much. One of the best signs is seeing how happy my infant is when I drop her off and how happy she is when I pick her up. Though she can’t speak yet, that speak VOLUMES to me. Knowing my two children enjoy being there and feel comfortable with their teachers reassures me that they’re in a positive and nurturing environment.Thank you to all of the staff & the director Michelle for the love, patience, communication, and care you show my children every day. I appreciate everything you do and feel blessed to have found a place where my children are genuinely happy and I can feel confident leaving them."

Little Tigers Academy
"Everyone at LTA is amazing. We (my daughter) have been attending LTA since we were 6 weeks old. She's just over 5 months now. The teachers show her so much love. I can tell they absolutely love everything they do. I highly recommend Little Tigers to anyone who asks. Keke came in however many months ago and the whole vibe of the place is just great. I love seeing people who love their jobs and what they do. Angel, Jessica, Bri and Gabbie have all been such blessings. If our little family ever grows again, you can bet our little will absolutely be here. We are so thankful we chose Little Tigers!"
Heather Phillips
Funfield Learning Cottage
"I absolutely love Funfield! The staff are truly amazing at what they do, and you can tell that they genuinely care about each child. They are personable, attentive, and make you feel like your child is more than just another kid in their care. My son is happy every single time I drop him off, and that means the world to me as a parent. Knowing that he is loved, cared for, and treated like one of their own gives me such peace of mind. Funfield doesn’t just provide childcare—they create a loving, caring environment where the kids can feel safe, happy, and supported all while learning. I couldn’t recommend them enough! I really could not do it without this village. I appreciate each and every single person there."
Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

How do we stay consistent between home and school?

Tell your child's teacher what you're working on, sleep, potty training, behavior, anything, and we'll align our approach with yours. Children thrive when both worlds play by the same rules.

A move, a new baby, a separation, an illness in the family, children carry what's happening at home into their day, and knowing helps us support them through it. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, with the teacher or director, and it will be handled with care and discretion.

That's exactly what the Procare Engage app is for: daily reports and photos come to you during the day, no matter what your calendar looks like. When you want a real conversation, tell your child's teacher and you'll find a time that works, connection doesn't have to happen in the doorway.

Every parent of a baby or toddler knows that ache: hours of their little one's day, and no way to hear about it from them. So we tell the story for them. Daily reports and photos in the Procare Engage app show you how they ate, slept, and played, and their teachers fill in the parts an app can't capture, the almost-crawl, the belly laugh, the new friend at the sensory table. Until your child can tell you about their day, we make sure the story still gets home.
