Do I need a degree or experience to apply?
It depends on the role and your state's requirements, some positions start entry-level with training provided, while lead and leadership roles carry more requirements. Every job posting lists exactly what's needed, so the fastest answer is to browse the openings near you.
What's the hiring process like?
Apply online, and from there the conversation moves to the school itself, meeting the director, seeing the classrooms, and getting a feel for the team you'd join. We keep it personal because that's how we work. Like every employee, you'll complete a background check before your first day.
Can I really grow into leadership here?
Yes, and there's a well-worn path: Assistant Teacher to Lead Teacher to Assistant Director to School Director, and for some, Regional Director. Many of our directors started in a classroom. Development plans, training, and leaders who notice potential are how the ladder actually gets climbed.
Are roles full time or part time?
