From One School to an Entire Family
Otter Learning began with two friends who kept hearing the same thing from people they loved: families needed better options for quality early learning. So they took a leap and bought a single preschool in Florida. They drove the bus, worked in classrooms, and learned the work side by side with teachers and families.
What they saw in those early days still guides us: teachers deserve real support, families deserve real partnership, and children deserve schools where their milestones are noticed and celebrated. That one school has grown into one of the country's fastest-growing early learning families.
