Educational Assistance
Eligible employees may be reimbursed for approved continuing education programs through accredited institutions. These programs must either support growth in an area related to the employee's current role or provide opportunities for promotion. Eligible education may include college credit courses, continuing education units, seminars, and job-related certification exams.
Ongoing Training
Otter Learning provides employees with access to professional development webinars through a company subscription to Prosolutions. This subscription helps employees meet both state and Otter Learning’s professional development and training requirements. All employees are included to enhance their knowledge and improve professional practices. The webinars offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and can be applied toward the annual training hours required by licensing agencies.
